Now I've moved all my old poetry to scraps, the stuf I wrote before I got serious, so you can still read it. I just think its bollocks.
I hope you enjoy the new stuff

To my SwanRipples spread from where I have been. They are calm, drift so aimlessly; like me. No speed or haste. My feathers are flawless: white is the true colour of death. I glide silently over the dancing fish below. You were my head. You are my heart swan: with sorrow in my eyes. A cool breeze ripples my coat, it doesnt give me shivers like you. The last thing you said was, the pain outweighs the smiling. then you took to the sky. Now I follow ducks. To my Swan

BlackberriesI remember your wrinkled hands - dodging about, avoiding the thorns, like cars in and out of traffic; ready to pick me the very best.Blackberries
There were days we froze them - the fruits of our labour; ready for my strange experiments I subjected your kitchen too.
Her; the love you lost too soon - we were partners - though sixty years apart. Wed steal them from your garden. When she flew, I carried on.
You knew when Id been pinching them. My seven-year-old feet sneaking out the back door. My stained fingers always gave me away. &nb

Rear View MirrorOur last car ride together - you glance back at me in your mirror. Although I cant see your mouth I know you are smiling. Catching a gaze; your eyes alive and teasing as if sharing a private joke neither of us got. We linger, then your eyes flick back to the road ahead.Rear View Mirror

How to make conversationIt starts with hello - a joke to release tension - then enquiries into health, What have you been doing recently? Well skim over politics, current affairs and come to whos sleeping with whom where we linger. A lengthy discussion of music and film is a necessity. When we start to run out of things to say itll come down to food, perhaps holidays we took years ago, a trivial event that made us laugh, Do you remember the time? and if all else fails well talk about the weather. How to make conversation

It's not a matter of wether or not i can, it's a matter of wether or not it is worth it.

Humility is more important than intelligence; a brilliant bastard does more damage than a kind fool.
The inside of my head is a movie theater, and the popcorn never runs out. Come on in, I've got candy.
